A herbaceous Juniper Bourbon Cocktail
You’ll need
- 6oz A Field in Innsbruck tea double concentrate
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1.5 tsp st. germain liqueur
- lemon verbena sprig or lemon peel
- How to make it
- in a mug, brew double concentrate A Field in Innsbruck tea. Use 7 grams (about 2 tbsp) in 10 oz boiling water
- remove leaves and chill till cold, about 1-2 hours
- stir together tea, bourbon, and liqueur and serve over ice in a high ball or rocks glass
- garnish with sprig of lemon verbena and enjoy
