A herbaceous Juniper Bourbon Cocktail

You’ll need

  • 6oz A Field in Innsbruck tea double concentrate
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1.5 tsp st. germain liqueur
  • lemon verbena sprig or lemon peel
  • How to make it
  • in a mug, brew double concentrate A Field in Innsbruck tea. Use 7 grams (about 2 tbsp) in 10 oz boiling water
  • remove leaves and chill till cold, about 1-2 hours
  • stir together tea, bourbon, and liqueur and serve over ice in a high ball or rocks glass
  • garnish with sprig of lemon verbena and enjoy
